Suitable for anyone brand new to Pilates or someone wishing to return to pilates.
Classes involve new challenges and exercises with options to advance so clients may work at their own level.
Specifically tailored for prenatal women. Designed to accommodate the physiological changes associated with pregnancy.
Postnatal Suitable for clients from 6 weeks postpartum or 12 weeks postpartum after an abdominal birth. Clients should have obtained GP/healthcare professional sign off to exercise. Babies welcome.
Private one to one sessions available for any level. These sessions can be tailored to meet specific goals or to accommodate injuries.
