Hi, I'm Katie

and I teach Pilates! I am a qualified Level 3 Pilates Matwork teacher; having completed my training with Body Control Pilates. Body Control Pilates is widely seen as a benchmark for safe and effective teaching of the highest quality.  I am also fully qualified to teach pre-and post-natal Pilates.


I first discovered Pilates on the recommendation of a doctor in 2012 and haven’t looked back since! Back then, as a client with a demanding job working long hours I enjoyed the time that Pilates afforded me to connect my mind to my body and loved noticing how much stronger and more aware of my body and movement it made me feel. 

After the birth of my first child, postnatal pilates became very important for me, it was after this period that I decided to take the plunge and train.


Pilates is for everybody and any body can do Pilates. The elite athlete to the retired 90 year old, the person working long hours sat at a desk to the heavily pregnant mother-to-be.  


Everyone is welcome in my classes, I focus on flowing movements, bringing awareness to our body and most importantly I provide a fun, dynamic atmosphere to take some time to ourselves to connect and leave feeling revitalised.
