I had never tried Pilates before my classes with Katie - I have absolutely loved it. I always thought that it wouldn’t be the same over zoom, but Katie spots EVERYTHING, she still is able to tweak your form and advise. Her classes are in no way intimidating, despite me being a beginner and they’re also really fun!
I really enjoy my classes with Katie. She gives variations to each exercise and clear instructions. She takes into consideration a medical condition / injury I have and gives some really good guidance on stretches I could do at home.
